SC Debate Wrap Up

I was going to try and provide a detailed wrap up on the debate.  As I contemplated, though, I felt like I needed to let it "digest" for a while before I could give a thoughtful response.  There are a few takes on it, though, that are worth reading tonight.  Rojas at The Crossed Pond has provided his winners and losers. I agree on some, and am not quite so sure about others.   Brad at The Crossed Pond will probably post a response later, so watch for that.

Andrew Sullivan has also provided a fine analysis.  For him, McCain and Paul come out ahead--for reasons that I can concur with.  I'm not sure if either of them will make it to the end of the process, but I thought they were both good tonight (even though Rojas is disappointed with Ron Paul's performance, I'm not sure he was as much of a bust as Rojas suggests).

Giuliani's attack of Paul will probably help Paul in the polls.  As of this posting, Ron Paul is ahead (with about 30% of the vote) in the text messaging poll Fox is running.  Romney is in 2nd with bout 28%, and Giuliani is in third with about 17%.

More tomorrow after I've slept on it.
